Tea Pots And Cups And Hatters...Oh My!

Last Monday night our little group of Tucson Swap Queens was treated to the most inspiring, most colorful, most creative, most delicious swap night!  .... Click here for some mood music!

We were greeted by the most charming of all Mad Hatters!

As you can guess, the theme was Mad Hatter's Tea Party, in honor of our June challenge ~  an altered tea cup.

So, I'm going to give you the tour of the Kelley home and the little vignettes the gals created to enhance the ambiance of an already fabulous event!  Love the framed quotes from "Alice"...

We were allowed to add up to 4 gifties with the tea cup, so here's what I made for Laura....

It was a magical evening made special by all the ladies in attendance.

Let me also share that I will be taking Cat's class in the first session of Artful Gathering 2012 and I can hardly wait!

OMYGOSH!! I want a swap team..this looks like such an amazing time!!Wow you guys are all so luck to live so close to eachother...sometimes I feel so alone in my little art world!!

Oh my goodness Karen what eye candy!! I LOVE those awesome cute little hats you all have on!!You look so adorable in yours!!! And what treasures made for each other!! I jsut love it all!!
